Wrapping up 2020

There’s a lot to report on since my last blog. December is turning out to be a surprisingly busy time.

Firstly, I am delighted that ‘Test in a bubble’ has been selected for an online exhibition this December. You can view the exhibition via the Supporting Artists Instagram account: www.instagram.com/supportingarts_ . You'll be treated to a daily instalment of art from a vast array of artists. The exhibition concludes on 31st December.

This month I am also taking part in the Wraptious art competition. Please take a look at some of my entries here: https://www.wraptious.com/collections/winter-2020-submissions-by-freya-ryder

I would greatly appreciate any likes or shares on these pages. Every Facebook like or share earns me one point, and every purchase equals 100 points.

I have also continued to build my cricket bat collection. In mid October, I finished ‘Always quiet on the Western Terrace’. It captures the Roses T20 clash behind closed doors, at Emerald Headingley.

Furthermore, I am thrilled to be a part of the Artists Responding to...The Postcard Project. The ‘Artists Responding to...The Postcard Project Book!’ is available to pre-order now via: https://www.artistsrespondingto.co.uk/product-page/the-postcard-project-book

You can view my response to the project below. Of course I went for a cricket theme with a Tailenders twist.
